The Minnesota Erosion Control Association (MECA) strives to effectively communicate erosion/sediment control techniques and best practices, and encourages the use of those practices. Since stormwater management is such an integral part of erosion and sedimentation control, MECA also actively promotes new and innovative stormwater management practices.
